All-risks coverage - Definition

It is a type of insurance that covers all Risk unless it is specially mentioned as excluded. If not mentioned it is automatically covered. For instance, if an all-risk home policy does not mention flood exclusion, the house will be covered in the event of flood damage. All-risk is definitely the most comprehensive type of coverage offered. So its cost is proportionally higher than other policies. It is calculated against the probability of a claim.
