Correlation
Measure of the degree to which changes in two variables / assets are connected. The standard measure of correlation is the correlation coefficient, a number between -1 and one that indicates the strength and direction of a linear relationship between two variables. A correlation coefficient of -1 means that they are perfectly correlated negatively. A correlation coefficient of one means that they are perfectly correlated.
