Central Bank - Definition

A governmental or quasi-governmental organization that Monetary Policy operates and manages the exchange Rate for a particular economy and its currency. It can also be arranged with printing money in account. Interventions by central banks refers to a central bank to buy or sell their own currency on the Spot Market to bring about a desired rate.
